Responsible for the overall leadership and management of the assisted living neighborhood of 30+ Team Members. Managed the recruitment, hiring and training of new team members; conducted on-going assessment, coaching and annual performance appraisals. Ensured compliance with all state and federal regulations in accordance with service standards. Managed on-boarding process, orientation and monthly in-service training of team members. Managed the resident assessment process to determine levels of care with appropriate staffing levels. Managed the department budget to include labor and other expenses and its impact on the community’s bottom line.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to financial management, hiring, supervising, training, team member relations and recognition, communication, family services, resident well being, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
