I also ensure the optimal utilization of resources, coordinate employee engagement initiatives such as sports and welfare programs, and lead event management efforts. Additionally, I serve as the certified Lead Auditor for the Environmental Management System (EMS), ensuring adherence to sustainability best practices and regulatory compliance. My role involves a strategic focus on governance, operational efficiency, and fostering a positive work environment, all while maintaining a strong commitment to the well-being of our employees and minimizing our environmental impact.
