This system, built on a microservices architecture (Flask/Fast-API) integrating Telegram Bots and Webhooks, drastically reduced operational expenditure and accelerated message processing from minutes to seconds. Data Science & Strategic Growth: Engineered and validated a driver segmentation model using advanced clustering techniques (GMM) on large-scale datasets, providing the Growth team with actionable segments for highly effective, targeted marketing campaigns. Software & AI Development: Supported Computer Vision initiatives by contributing to the development of a Yolov8 model for object detection, including conducting comparative research (classification vs. detection) and setting up CVAT for data labelling. Accelerated development velocity and implementation speed by effectively using AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., cursor.ai). Business Strategy & Validation: Conducted comprehensive market and competitor analysis to recommend new, strategic benefits for Martı TAG drivers, presenting data-backed projections to senior leadership.
