The tourism sector, which I started at Marmara University is an amazing for me to experience. Thanks to The Ritz-Carlton, I had the chance to apply my education knowledge here in my career. I began to see the hospitality industry from a whole new and different perspective. I found the opportunity to develop myself in terms of focusing on the guest experience, closely following the developed business processes and being an effective team leader by observing the cultural diversity offered by the field operation throughout Turkey. I am a successful Senior Manager by following the working culture and goals of different companies for a long time and keeping my background, skills and expectations in global line.
