• Design & implement ETL data pipelines to process large vaccination & infection data using AWS services such as EC2, ECS, Fargate, Athena, S3 & Lambda • Develop and maintain data processing and transformation scripts using Python & SQL • Optimize data storage, querying and retrieval using AWS databases services such as Aurora RDS & PostgreSQL • Implement data security and access controls in AWS Cloud using AWS IAM and KMS • Generate data visualisation & analytical report using python & tableau for management and stakeholders to facilitate policy implementation & decision-making • Perform statistical analysis & trend projections of vaccination uptake to evaluate policy effectiveness & monitor population health risk • Collaborate with partnering public agencies to ensure the data security and data sharing compliance meet the whole-of-government data governance requirements • Organise & coordinate trainings to level up staff competency and further their skills development • Provide knowledge management and documentation of SOPs, workflow processes & data pipelines • Ensure data quality, integrity and accuracy.
