Alon Almoshnino

In my current role, I am responsible for the engineering aspects of electronic components within complex hardware systems, including in-depth technical analysis, performance evaluation, and integration across large-scale projects. I conduct component assessments, evaluate engineering alternatives based on system requirements, and lead processes aimed at improving board-level reliability and performance. My work combines broad knowledge of schematics, board architecture, and the behavior of analog, digital, and electromechanical components, while collaborating closely with design, manufacturing, and supplier teams. Additionally, I managed the RFIC Lab, gaining hands-on experience with RF systems, lab testing, simulations, and operation of test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, and Network Analyzers. This experience allows me to bring a combination of deep technical insight, system-level understanding, and independent problem-solving to complex hardware development environments.
