My Major Research Interests & Current Activities: * Development of controlled release Pesticide formulations through micro & nano-encapsulation technologies using coating materials like polyurea, PEG, chitosan etc. * Development of botanical & synthetic pesticide formulations (Capsule suspension, microcapsule, emulgel, soluble concentrate, emulsifiable concentrate, wettable powder, water dispersible granules, etc.). * Research & development of ready-mixed insecticidal combination of nano formulations. * Research & development of ready-mixed insecticidal-fertilizer nano formulations. * Research & development of plant growth stimulant formulation ( EC, SL and mixture formulation of amino acid, humic acid, sea weed, zinc sulphate, magnesium sulphate, borax, nitro benzene, gibberellic acids, etc.) * Working essentially on pesticides analysis projects sponsored by different industries. I have also sound knowledge on Laboratory Quality management System & Internal Audit as per ISO/IEC 17025; 2005.
