- Managing Quality Assurance team (hiring, create development plans, build measurable metrics and provide coaching/mentoring; ensure that all members are following the processes, procedures and methodologies) - Responsible to define QA test plan, strategy and approach as per Agile software development environment. - Refine core regression set to cater for common customer business operations, reduce risk of software being released with as a minimum of critical or high issues. - Responsible to develop, document, and implement applicable QA processes and procedures to provide more effective quality methods within the group in support of providing quality products - Responsible to develop software quality test plans and test cases, and lead in setting and maintaining the standards for Software Quality Assurance test documentation. - Manage processes for moving applications from test to production environments. Develop and implement processes to manage the deployment of code to new clients or upgrade existing client with new version of software - Lead upgrade of customers, capture process, who is involved and cost/effort. Continue to refine information, improve processes with each iteration, define process to understand total cost of upgrade delivery - Responsible to plan and coordinate between Implementation lead, Technical Team, Support team, Account Manager, Delivery Manager and client to get successful build deployment and upgrade at client end with new software version release

Project Charter and Business Case: Understands the services to be provided, the project goals and objectives, constraints, terms and conditions, and what is in scope and out of scope to be delivered. Requirements Baseline: To facilitate proof-of-concept, prototyping, interviewing/workshops or other techniques of gathering requirements. Project Plan: To Ensures that the project plan is complete, and determines the overall project management plan for use in managing and controlling during project execution. Resource Plan: To develop the resource plan addressing how resources are brought onto and taken off the project as supporting detail to the project plan. Risk Assessment and Risk Plan: To identify roles, assign risk owners, responsibilities and levels of authority for management and decision-making, develop contingency plans, implementation criteria, and alternatives strategies as supporting detail to the project plan. Quality Plan: To develop a quality plan addressing metrics, productivity, rework, and any processes or standards are developed to increase stakeholder satisfaction as supporting detail to the project plan. Change Management and Reporting: To gain approvals to change requests, re-baseline when applicable, update/revise the project plan and report status. Acceptance and Transition: To gain formal acceptance and sign-off of the project by the sponsor or customer and validate that all conditions of satisfaction have been met.
