* Developed new strategies for in-house recruitment through social media, jobs.ie and other appropriate recruitment channels. * Assisted in recruitment selection through phone interviews and group interviews. Fundraising teams at UNICEF had a 3-4 month turnover due to the job in itself and I was assisting in the monthly hiring of an average of 30 new fundraisers per month. The targets were smaller during the winter period with a selection of 10-15 fundraisers. Targets were always achieved. * Worked one-on-one with the fundraising team, delivering up-to-date information on the current emergencies and most effective ways to get the message across in the multicultural ROI market. * Generated new monthly pledge donors through private sites and B2B events. * Selected, scouted and organised new areas for fundraising opportunities. * Organised, developed and implemented new national telemarketing campaigns. * Delivered targets increasing estimated results by 20%. * Developed alternative ways to network and liaise with other businesses to reach targets for events.

My main focus has been for many years international consultancy in areas such as human development, project management and program implementation in areas of employability in both the public and private sector, including NGOs such as PNUD, CEPAL, UN, amongst others in Argentina, Bolivia, Chile, Mexico and Paraguay. At the moment, Bureau Internacional de Negocios is expanding its operations to the European Region. My main responsibility is focusing on connecting European Companies looking to expand to Latin America by merging or acquiring businesses in Argentina, Uruguay, Chile and Peru; as well as provide the services we already provide in Latin America on this side of the Atlantic.

I am a political analyst with a deep knowledge of the societies and cultures of the region of Europe, gained from years of in-depth research and significant on-the-ground experience in the region. My approach to political analysis stems from my belief that it is impossible to understand politics and economics without understanding culture. Accordingly, I integrate a cultural perspective into my analyses of the contemporary political environment. Currently, i am a regional correspondent for the European Region for several news shows on CNN Radio Rosario.
