• Management consulting: - Strategy; - Operations; - MIS designing; • Banking and financial services: - raising finance from the banks; - negotiating client’s bad debt restructuring with the banks; - cash flow forecasting, budgeting;

• Coordination of relationships with the Banks on credit lines establishment; • Supervising of shareholder’s investments in the pharmaceutical business; • Launching of restaurant and fast food chain; • Budgeting; cash flow forecasting; liquidity management;

• General management over 4 entities (subsidiaries of the group): 1 grain production, 3 grain elevators (including work-out of development strategies, approval of annual budget, control over the budget, control over seeding/harvesting process, loading of the elevators); • Optimization of business processes and of management internal systems (MIS) reporting; • Coordination of relations with commercial banks and other financial institutions on the matter of setting up credit limits; • Coordination of relations with equipment suppliers aiming to modernize the entities;

I have managed different departments within almost 8 years: legal department, credit administration department, compliance, general administration department, non performing loan department, i was a member of credit committee, member of management board, was responsible for relations with external auditors and regulators.
