With a growing responsibility each year, I led both the Data Governance Office and Analytics Community teams and drove data and analytics strategy for the Chief Analytics Officer (CAO). Highlights include: - Advised executives on hiring strategies to build and grow analytics teams. - Standardized enterprise job bands for business intelligence and healthcare analysts. - Doubled the analytics community of practice membership and engagement by creating new communication channels, training, and support forums. - Hosted the national 2024 Healthcare Data & Analytics Association (HDAA) conference on behalf of UNC Health in Chapel Hill, with 350+ attendees. - Responsible for the selection, implementation, and management of Data Governance applications, including Collibra Data Catalog and Profisee Master Data Management. - Reduced spend by $100k annually, simultaneously improving user experience and increasing Data Governance capabilities. Participated in contracting. - Improved accuracy of “Find a Doctor” website through Master Data Management practices, correcting 1k records. Guided technical MDM developer and data engineer.
