I am currently a Brewery Representative for the Boston Beer Company. In last 5 years I worked in a commission based sales environment. I have worked alongside talented representatives to meet aggressive sales targets and have consistently met and exceeded these sales expectations. Prior to this, I worked in retail management for 3 years where I was able to learn what it takes to manage a business and motivate your team to achieve the business goals. I also had the opportunity to recruit, hire and train new talent. Throughout the last 9 years I have worked in retail I have developed extraordinary customer service skills, interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a part and leader of a team while also working independently to accomplish personal goals.
