Hiring technical talent for SAP's Cloud Business Group.

Responsible for direct oversight of Recruiting Coordination team including performance management, hiring, coaching and development. Ensure team is consistently staffed to achieve candidate and hiring manager experiences consistent to those of Concur’s core values. Serve as a liaison between Global Recruiting Coordination team, business leaders and executives. Asses and document business needs while steadily working to improve and streamline recruiting processes. Key highlights include: • Implementation of a contemporary Applicant Tracking System • Implementation of DocuSign for new employee paperwork and contract agreements • Completed two yearly cycles of internal hiring events working with 100+ internal candidates and multiple hiring teams
