I started with a solid foundation in Criminology and Sociology from Ball State University, but connections led me to the trucking industry. Since then, my career has evolved to become the Contractor Relations Manager at Bennett Family of Companies. Here, my role centers around orchestrating effective contractor relations, problem-solving, data analytics, and retention. My drive for excellence is reflected in how I lead my team, focusing on innovative practices and organized strategies that enable the team to meet our collective goals. Being data driven, with a proficiency in Excel, being collaborative and having a detail-oriented mindset are among the competencies that underpin my professional approach and contributions to our success.
