Allison D. Holmes

Allison Holmes is an MBA Candidate at The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where she is a Joseph Wharton and Moelis Advance Access Fellow. Most recently, Allison worked as a Communications Manager for the Chairman and CEO of Microsoft. She also led the Internal Connections committee for Blacks at Microsoft (BAM) Puget Sound. Prior to Microsoft, she worked remotely as a Digital Marketing Teaching Assistant and Internship Coach for iXperience, which is based in Cape Town, South Africa. Her diverse internship experiences include roles as a Product Marketing Manager Intern at Microsoft, a Content Partnerships and News Solution Intern at CNN’s Great Big Story, and a Strategy Intern at Walton Isaacson Multicultural Advertising Agency. Allison is passionate about supporting early-career professionals through mentorship. Allison was born and raised in Sugar Land, Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communication and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Management, both from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
