Lead $37.5 million grant fund for animal shelters in California.

Lead operations of two full-service animal care centers and community programs that provide services to low-income families. Oversee public information, media relations and 24/7 call center. Member of County's Anti-racism, Diversity and Inclusion committee and the Association for Animal Welfare's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee.

In 2013, joined the community engagement department as director and was promoted to senior director in 2014, responsible for new program launches in New York City, Los Angeles and Miami. Programs helped low income families retain their pets by providing subsidized services and worked directly with social services and law enforcement on case management as an alternative to criminal prosecution of neglect. National spokesperson across multiple platforms: print, radio, television interviews and fundraising appeals.

From 2008 to 2012 served as director of national programs: disaster response and recovery, animal cruelty investigations and $1.2 million grant program.

Strategic growth of volunteer program from 300 to 800 volunteers, including training, facilitation, protocol and procedural development to increase capacity and volunteer pool.

Expanded outreach program to include services for pet owners facing crisis such as eviction, homelessness and job loss. Served as inaugural member of ASPCA’s disaster response team by deploying to the recovery efforts in New Orleans following Hurricane Katrina.

Coordinated architectural photo shoots, acting as liaison between designers, photographers, suppliers and clients. Developed promotional materials to cultivate business and represent firm. Provided operational support to eight architects and designers.
