* Cell sorted various cell populations using FACS Vantage SE at high and low pressures * Phenotypically defined cell populations of rhesus blood and bone marrow from models of chemotherapy and radiation induced immuno-suppression using antibodies for surface and intracellular expression * Assessed proprietary cytokines and drugs from collaborating Pharmaceutical companies in models of chemotherapy and radiation using non-human primates

* Collect and critically analyze pertinent Janssen and external documents and studies providing scientific or economic rationale to support the 3 franchises of Rheumatology, Dermatology and Gastrointestinal within Medical Communications as well as Health Economics and Outcomes Research * Provide support and input for Commercial Operations * Prepare product and competitive bibliographies and literature, customer profiles, product-based scientific, education and review materials * Design and develop training, educational and scientific materials such as clinical and technical presentations, slide kits, reprint files and other printed materials in coordination with Sales and Marketing, Corporate Accounts, medical Affairs and Clinical Research and Development * Managed summer intern- summer 2011

* Lead airway smooth muscle biology for asthma targets and new target discovery screening. * Developed Glucocorticoid cell based assay using primary human airway smooth muscle cells * Established conditions of steroid sensitivity/insensitivity to determine cell’s responsiveness to treatments * Lead the biology research for fibrotic/oncology target. * Developd bioassays for the project that lead to the establishment of a weighted screening assay used to identify neutralizing monoclonal antibodies. * Participated in joint research committee with collaborators- presented background information and analyzed data. * Activities lead to a go/no go decision point for the project. * Established acute and chronic cockroach antigen (CRA) models, which are used to assess and validate targets within the pulmonary research portfolio. * Provided rationale for designing pulmonary disease strategy.
