At Prairie Wilderness Cat Food & Accessories Inc., we believe cats deserve nutrition that is biologically appropriate, balanced, and complete: Our mission was born from a place of deep love and shared loss following the sudden passing of our beloved tuxedo cat, Avocato, at just six years old. In our journey to understand why he passed away so young, we immersed ourselves into learning everything we could about feline health and nutrition. What we learned changed everything: we realized we wanted to provide the high-quality, biologically appropriate nutrition we wish Avocato had. Our Current Mission: Nutrition First We are currently focused on bringing our inaugural line of prairie-inspired wet food and treats to market. Our recipes prioritize premium, Canadian-sourced proteins and meet strict AAFCO compliance—formulated with essential nutrients and free from fillers or synthetic preservatives. Our Vision: A Complete Feline Ecosystem While nutrition is our foundation, our dream is to become much more than a food company. We hope to build a 360-degree lifestyle brand dedicated to the overall wellbeing of our feline friends. Our future roadmap includes: • Sustainable Living: Eco-friendly cat litter and toys made from earth-friendly, non-toxic materials. • Functional Design: Ergonomic accessories, such as specialized dishes, designed for feline comfort. • Engagement: A vibrant community hub for dedicated pet parents to connect and learn.
