Provides communications and technical writing support for the Integrated Battlespace Simulation and Test Department documents, publications, presentations and photos. - Assists in the designs and development of briefs, posters, photos and power point presentations for all divisions, and monitors the Department Management Information System (MIS) with Department communication materials. - Responsible for the Public Release Process for all 5.4 Department communication materials, including all papers, presentations, briefs, conferences, and photos and keeps steady contact with the Public Affairs Office to complete this process. - Assists with organizing, registering, ordering, set-up and tear-down for multiple NAVAIR booths attending conferences and symposiums, where she supports NAVAIR Subject Matter Experts in promoting the Test and Evaluation Department. - Dedicated to focusing on customer satisfaction as well as building a strong relationship will all customers.
