* Hired as a temporary Administrative Assistant to answer phones * sort mail * greet customers and clients * assist Office Manager with special projects * and assist HR Department with large-scale recruiting project. Converted to a full-time regular employee with company after four months of working as a temporary employee.

Returned to previous employer to assist Human Resources Department while department recruiter was on maternity leave. Responsible for full life-cycle recruiting of retail associates across the United States. Managed over ten open requisitions while also performing administrative recruiting duties such as expenses, reporting, and the placing of job ads. Collaborated with company's five District Managers to ensure that their unique hiring needs were meet and followed their specific hiring instructions. Quantified department's recruiting spending on a weekly basis and reported spending to department's head. Utilized a combination of inactive and proactive recruiting methods to source candidates from various industry specific as well as general job boards. Generated weekly reports that evaluated the department's recruiting performance from the previous week. Reports outlined the number of requisitions that were closed and opened; the amount of employees hired; the amount of applications received; and the amount of candidates currently completing the hiring process.
