I have always been one who wants to learn new things and when I can help by sharing that information with others - I get excited! I love that as an Instructional Designer, I am able to create learning solutions that work to solve gaps but are engaging at the same time. I thrive on finding creative ways to solve a problem or challenge and generating expected outcomes. Also, I have a strength in generating strong learning objectives with measurable checks to meet learning needs. As an Instructional Designer, I not only help people learn but also get to use my visual design skills. I have a background in textile design and painting and modern art. I have a strength in collaboration and relationship building, I have worked with diverse subject matter experts, stakeholders, and learners who each have different preferences and styles of communication. I also pride myself on working ahead of and meeting deadlines, especially when they are tight. I anticipate that challenges might come up and work ahead to make sure there is time to address obstacles and do quality reviews on learning materials.
