Responsible for safety and education of 5 elementary age children with special needs. Assisted students in class activities during school day and aided in learning process. Responsible, when required, for health and cleanliness challenges including, movement assistance, emergency response, toileting, feeding, emotional distress, non-violent relocation and rest. Independent judgment to ensure safety for the children under my care. Overriding goal for each child was allowing excellence in education within the child’s abilities and to foster life skills for child’s earned independence and fulfillment.

Sole daily responsibility for the well-being of two extremely bright challenging elementary age boys. Aided in education and social skills development.

Head coach responsible for mental, emotional and physical development of children enrolled in competitive team program. Prepared my gymnasts and delivered competitive individual and team success. Average team and individual scores rose significantly during my tenure. Solely created my coaching regimen. Taught routines and skills required and provided thoughtful correction. Navigated communication between motivated parents, other staff, and children with finesse. Dealt with all behavioral issues. Ran meetings with parents and gymnasts. Resolved issues involving planning for immediate and future success, often while children and parents were emotionally stressed. Many parents chose to hire me independently to create routines for competitive performances. These routines proved highly successful for the gymnasts.
