Lead end-to-end Product Development from concept to release to market. Prepare and maintain technical documentation. Project manage external and internal partners with service agreements and standards. Create lab & practical test plans to qualify products and ensure all products and compliant and meet all relevant standards and product features. Benchmark new products against internal and external products and innovations. Collaborate with internal and external Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure a total lifecycle of improvement processes is implemented for each product released. Creating & maintaining test plans, QC inspection instructions and product certifications. Lead troubleshooting product faults and performing root cause analysis for product concerns.

Assist in all aspects of new product development. Conduct product test and ensure product comply with RCM. Arrange quality check for pre-shipment and shipment arrived. Provide technical support regarding product warranty.
