- Develop and perform detailed DFA analysis and liaison to NVIDIA hardware development team and provide manufacturing solutions using the best industry practice. - Review of contract manufacturer (CM) readiness, lead and develop assembly fixture & jig, harness assembly management, extra length, retention, implement KISS principle, establish clear assembly and manufacturing specification through a step-by-step validation process. - Identify, assess and apply risk mitigation techniques to optimize manufacturability, initiate and lead investigation of issues, root cause product failures, and drive corrective action, that are or might adversely affect CM manufacturability. - Gather feedback through DFx, yield issues, repair center activities to improve workflow efficiency and find yield opportunities. - Analyze system assembly gap/step, study the cosmetic appearance, find improvement opportunities, build DFA exception agreement (end to end product life cycle). - Assess automation cycle time and propose waste reduction, cost optimization, recommend technology aids, product design changes, and workspace layout modification to achieve optimum quality and efficiency. - Coordinate the purchase of special equipment, materials, and other parts to ensure they meet intended use, specifications, and quality standards.

- Lead design team to perform mechanical design and issue regression then control progress of ME development schedule. - Lead in Housing and System level integration feasibility study and preliminary reliability assessment and Identify risk assessment subjects, propose problem solving and validate the proof-of-concept for Mechanical Design development and sequential system integration. - Lead ID/Stacking/Placement /ME structure architecture in RFQ stage and coordinate with other function team member to achieve the hardware request of product. - Provide engineering support to Manufacturing (DFX,DFM,DFMEA,Risk assessment,DOE) ,QC/QE Management and also need to research implement solutions issues related to assembly/manufacturing, engineering documentation and quality on new product and product released to production and arrange manufacturing equipment and tooling procurement, work with tooling vendors to see through the building of tooling trial run and check sample status. - Provide input on new designs , As new designs(Jig, SOP review) are released, provide feedback to the maneuverability of design and capability of assembly line to produce design - Cost Reduction and Standardization evaluate and implement changes to assembly process to reduce material and labor costs and standardization opportunities relating to assembly, work flow and tooling.

1. Responsible for the quality management system audit of Notebook Products metal & plastic parts process, including quality certification, and provide improvement proposal and requirements. 2. Responsible for the materials quality and delivery of new product pilot run, and review with the NPI unit in the factory and the problems confirm and solution with Supplier. 3. Metal and plastics suppliers to solve major quality problems (especially for the characteristics of each material) 4. Develop and implement product tracking and quality control systems, analyze production, quality control, maintenance and other operational reports to check production problems.
