Roles & Responsibilities: • Identify, engage, and recruit qualified candidates by performing sourcing activities to include, but not limited to market, internet research identifying alternate candidate sources, cold calling, executing recruiting calls, referral recruiting and online social networking. • Determine and implement appropriate recruiting techniques for market, industry, skill stand region. • Qualify candidates by conducting telephone and in-person interviews to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements. • Complete appropriate reference checks on candidates and coordinate applicable background investigations · • Analyze client requirements against qualifications of candidates and match the best candidate with client needs. • Package the candidates for presentation to client. • Report Directly to Manager. • Web portals: Monster, CareerBuilder, Dice, indeed, TechFetch, LinkedIn, Ladders, Craig lists. • Industries: Healthcare, Aviation & Aerospace, Automotive, Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing, Information Technology and Services, Food & Beverages, Computer Networking

• Fully involved in recruitment process, responsible for recruitment of both IT and NON-IT professionals according to client requirements. • Understanding client's requirement and the technology parameters. • Sourcing profile by means of Job- Posting and managing portals like - Dice.com, Monster.com, career builder .com, indeed, Ladders, Linked in. • Have well working experience with various Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Tools like CATS, Power Recruiter, Bull Horn, Smart search, field class. • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on the activities undertaken. • Ensuring right match profiles which is being sent to the client within the timeframe. • Working with topmost clients in US and have experience in different time zones. • Supported both IT & Non-IT positions including but not limited to Java/J2EE, C/C++/C#, .Net, IBM os, (PeopleSoft, SAP, Lawson, Epicor, JDA, JDE, Oracle), Network Engineers, System Engineer I Administrator, iOS/Android Developers, SQL I Oracle DBA, Software Developer, Information security, Network security, Project. • To source qualified candidates for different job requisitions using Internet research assistance, network building & researching from job boards and corresponding to Recruiting staff. • Understanding the job orders given by clients. • Screening and sourcing Resumes through active and passive sources. • Source the relevant candidates as per the client requirement by using various job portals. • Short turnaround time to source for a particular Requisition. • Experience with Job Boards like Monster, Dice. • Experience with working for several clients but not limited to IT, Non-IT, Pharma, Sales, Manufacturing and Advertising Engineering. • Writing effective search strings for finding place able candidates. • Quality check (QC) work carried out by sourcing managers and prioritize short-listed candidates, focusing on placeable candidates matching the job description. • Add short-listed candidates into client databases.
