Allan Calixto

Currently, at Enerparc AG - Hamburg, I am part of the Business Development department and I have as main role the development of Enerparc's first pipeline in Portugal, circa of 250MWp. Among my responsibilities, I am responsible for managing local partners, communication with key Authorities & Landowners, asset management of an estimated investment of more than €200 million, contract negotiations, and budgeting & cost controlling. At Canadian Solar EMEA Gmbh - Munich, I worked in the System Solutions team, whose core business was to provide EPC services. As an intern, I supported the team doing preliminary project design, technical optimization through PVSyst simulations, procurement of materials, support on site management & quality control for the first 10MWp project in Germany, and development of internal tools (e.g. invoice controlling tool). I have also worked at Canadian Solar Latam Energy Group - Sao Paulo. There, I was an Intern in the EPC team which was responsible for the EPC management of Canadian Solar own projects. I supported the EPC procurement of 114MWp project, supported on Selling & Closing of 495MWp portfolio, and research on materials to increase albedo for bifaciality gain. As soft skills, I highlight problem-solving oriented, critical thinking, leadership, resilience, communication, teamwork and motivation. My undergraduate thesis had the title: Analysis of the Impacts of Connecting Photovoltaic Distributed Generation in the Electric Power Distribution Grid. Dra. Ahda PionkoskiGrilo Pavani was the professor supervisor. (Further evaluation from the Undergraduate Research); Furthermore, I lead a group of students who wrote the article: Comparison Study of The Effects of the Modality “Tarifa Branca” to Type B Residential Consumers and Households with Grid-Connected Photovoltaic Systems in Brazilian Southeast Region, which was published at CBENS, Brazilian Congress of solar energy. Also during university, at Enactus UFABC (a non-profit student organization), I was a volunteer for social entrepreneurial works in communities in the ABC region, in Sao Paulo state. Among the roles I had there, I am especially proud of having helped on the development of methodologies for community surveying, project performance key indicator monitoring and social business model creation.
