Location/base was Singapore/APAC • Responsible for all Howden business activities in Asia (SEA, NEA & ANZ) - which is the major GROWTH area for Howden 2018-2020 - for all Howden products and all market segments. • Implementing challenging PROFITABLE GROWTH strategy to increase business levels by 100% by 2020 – and at the same time increase margin%/profit. • Successful development & implementation of Go-To-Market strategies, marketing, sales management, product innovation, key customer service as well as sales execution from large project sales and sales through distributor networks. • Experience from B2B Key-Account – where understanding customer needs and pinpoints drives all aspects of our interaction – to create long-lasting win/win partnerships.
