Delivering a professional and consultative talent acquisition service to hiring managers and thus assisting to select appropriate applications for all business units, always promoting diversity and equal opportunity Execute the recruitment plan with appropriate focus on maintaining an optimum sourcing mix for the joiners / offers through Job Portals, Social Media Hiring, Direct applicants etc. Customer Focus: Partnering with business leaders and work towards closing requirements on time with the right fit.

Recruitment Management ; providing ongoing support, coaching, mentoring and objective setting Maintain strong relationships with senior Hiring Managers and demonstrate the high value of an effective in-house recruitment function Stay close control of recruitment. Work in close collaboration with the Head of Recruitment to help align to Group recruitment goals and strategy. Accurate and timely reporting for recruitment activity for the current company Manage the end to end recruitment process for all India hires. Respond to hiring manager and other business stakeholder queries in a timely manner. Work across multiple different Business Units, delivering tailored recruitment solutions as required. Attend regular meetings with the management of different departments to track recruitment results and discuss pending topics. Manage contracts with recruitment agencies and other suppliers; defining the need of new suppliers who will contribute to local recruitment/ employer brand activities. Respond quickly to changing demands of the business and initiate recruitment drives as necessary.

• Managing full cycle recruitments PAN India for Multi skill and grades (Junior to Top Mgt cadre and across domain (skills – Telecom (BSCS /Clarify), SAP/ERP, Java, .Net, Testing, C++, CRM etc • Plannng & Supporting Recruitment events PAN India and across technologies. • Acting as an escalation point for customer concerns, working closely with TAG Heads and Delivery Manager to strategize staffing plans, prioritize demand fulfillment and facilitate troubleshooting efforts. • Defining Recruitment KPIs viz OLA, Source Mix etc with consent of Head-Recruitment. • Preparing weekly Recruitment MIS for monitoring recruitment effectiveness. • Analyze key Recruitment metrics for measuring efficiency and hiring discrepancy (if any) Maintaining requirement Dash Board on daily basis Updating weekly / Monthly / Quarterly reports and presenting to the management.

Responsibilities: • Managing a team of 10 Recruiters. • Motivating Team Members. • Providing guidance, instruction and direction to team members. • Team Leave Management. • Attending Conference Meetings with Clients. • Attending Client Supplier Calls and understanding the need of client. • Helping them in understanding requirements and sourcing resumes for difficult positions. • Target Setting/Performance appraisal to team members. • Monitoring the quantitative and qualitative result that is to be achieved. • Ensuring Team Work by defining clear roles for each Team Member and by defining mutual and individual accountability. • Improving team performance. • Recruiter KPI Reporting. • Designed process flow and documentation for recruiting process. • Primary customer point of contact for multiple VMS portals. • Business analysis reporting to executive management on a weekly basis. • Reference Checks. • Preparing Daily and Weekly Reports. • Participating in decision making Leadership Meetings.
