Supervising supportive staff and customer related issues at respective Chughtai Lab collection Centre. Manage Monthly and Daily Record and Revenue Data. Customer Dealing according to ISO policy. Providing necessary information to Patients/Customers according to their investigation requirements. Data feeding of Laboratory tests in online software. Cash handling and depositing in bank on daily basis. Maintaining monthly indent and store/supply items for the branch requirements. Manage office necessary documentation and files. Handling telephone quarries. Run online reporting system. Correspondence and Communication with Management via E-Mail. Marketing visits to Doctors, Hospitals, clinics, Labs and other Medical activities places. Arranging of Medical Activities and Camps for the awareness of respective disease treatment. Promoting the Free Medical Activities, Camps and Free Blood Sugar campaign offered by the Organizations. Also I am responsible to work as a Phlebotomist as per Needs or any Requirement.
