Marketing Operations Intern Responsible for all operational tasks for Kèrastase, L'Oréal Professionnel and Matrix: - Creation of PO-PRs of the DPP marketing team, forwarding them to the budget, monitoring the approval process, sharing with the suppliers - Sample orders for marketing and education (parallel to the code and stock control with the supply chain) and preparation of forms for the purchase of orders to the office, communication with the correspondence on the status of the orders, changing code notification to the training teams where necessary - Alocation and inventory tracking - Follow-up of documents and legal proceedings for domestic, foreign supplier openings; purchasing, finance, marketing inter-communication, supplier information - Mag calls with LP and Kérastase hairstylists about satisfaction status - Influencer product delivery, order products for sales and education teams - Giving operational support when the marketing team is not in the office, - Receiving a price offer from suppliers for contract operations - Giving information about SAP process to new employees who are in marketing team - Supporting DPP's sales operations team - Providing material support and technical support to be used in sudden problems - Reporting code opening errors to masterdata
