Kosmos Foundation has combined theory of mind, meta-cognition, psychometrics, and NLP to create state-of-the-art AI architecture. Kosmos Foundation has created an AI which is closest to humans in terms of providing empathy, reasoning and cognitive skills.

Evolwe is a deep tech company, creating the first empathetic and conscious AI for human-like interactions and personalized experiences. Evolwe has combined the theory of mind, meta-cognition, psychometrics, and NLP to create a state-of-the-art AI architecture. Evolwe creates AI that is closest to humans in terms of providing empathy, reasoning, and cognitive skills. Evolwe deeply understands users’ personalities and creates endless conversations. The project brings together research, art, science, and innovation to create a holistic environment for learning and collaboration. Key Components of Kosmos City: Edutainment Center: Focused on sustainability, self-development, and future advancements, offering interactive experiences and educational programs. Innovation Hub: A space for R&D, technological innovation, and investment, fostering breakthrough projects in environmental and human evolution technologies. Futuristic Hotel, Health, and Residential Complex: Providing a visionary living environment that integrates innovative designs and sustainability practices. Virtual Platform: Expanding Kosmos City into a digital world, offering educational content, immersive experiences, and a global collaborative network. Founded Galaktika, leading the development of two space startups focused on rocket engineering and 3D printing for space applications. Exited both ventures in 2018. NASA Collaboration (2017) – Participated as an expert in NASA’s project for designing the first Mars city.

Led a range of art and urban development projects, including the complete renovation and urban planning for Krasnoturinsk, located on Bolshoy Ussuriysky Island in Russia. Additionally, contributed to the planning and development of an 80-hectare industrial park and played a key role in the international competition for the renovation and redesign of the Moscow River embankment areas. 2nd Prize in the Moscow River competition Venice Biennale video art installation

Co-founded ENERGY, a startup focused on developing fuel cell technology for sustainable energy production. Led early-stage R&D, commercialization strategy, and partnership development to bring the technology to market. Successfully sold the company in 2013, and the technology is now utilized on the International Space Station (ISS). The project contributed to advancements in clean energy solutions for aerospace and industrial applications.

Founded Element to develop Al-Sc alloy for aerospace, reducing aircraft and launch vehicle weight. Built a manufacturing facility in the CIS, integrating 3D printing, extrusion, and precision machining for aluminum and titanium aviation components. Partnered with Boeing, Airbus, DMG MORI, and Mitsubishi. Scaled the company to $181M annual turnover with 620 employees before exiting in 2015.

Work experience includes business development, telecommunications, and strategic growth management at MT Service.

Provided consulting on launching new products and strategic planning, supporting RUSAL’s expansion into innovative materials and sustainable industrial solutions.
