I am a Senior Project / Change Manager with breadth and depth of accomplishment generating increased organizational effectiveness and profitability through driving business and IT development projects. I have extensive experience in the Financial Services industry having managed and implemented projects for Scottish Life (part of the Royal London Group) from 1999 though to January 2011. From Feb '11 to end of May '12, I worked as a (Contract) Project Manager in the IT (Software Development) Division at Scottish Widows in Edinburgh. Most recently, from August '12 to October '14 I worked for LBG as a Senior Business Project Manager in the LP&I division, managing programmes in the overarching Simplification programme bringing benefits to colleagues and customers of LBG. Specialties: Management of full project life-cycles, Sponsor & Stakeholder management, risk & issue management, project management methods and tools, 3rd Party partnership management, formal project status and financial reporting.
