My work has spanned master-planned communities, multifamily, mixed-use, build-to-rent, senior and affordable housing, office, and retail shopping centers from acquisition and entitlement through construction and disposition.Most of my career has been spent in the details of what makes a deal work, whether it be negotiations, entitlements, capital structure, operating costs, or IRR. My primary passion is, and always will be, solving complex problems.Background in land use law, financial modeling, capital planning, investor relations, community design, construction oversight, and asset management. Committed to affordable housing and community planning through volunteer and public service roles.
