About three years ago I was discussing career options with a friend in HR. I told her that I love psychology but I wanted to apply it to the workplace so I could help companies solve internal issues. That is when she referred me to the field of Industrial Organizational Psychology. Excited to learn more, I recently completed my Master of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in I/O psychology. I am passionate about helping people see their full potential and providing people with equal opportunities. My professional goal is to help optimize workplace performance and lead teams and projects to success while creating efficiency for everyone involved. One of my favorite quotes is by author and motivational speaker Chris Cebollero, who said, “If we want our organizations to grow, the workforce needs to grow.
