In accordance with relevant legal and regulatory publications, and the education and training directives outlined in the National Defense Summary (NDS)and National Security Strategy; and establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners necessary for the evolution of training technology supports NDS and NSS objectives for ISR graduates; manages the research, development, acquisition, and implementation all IT hardware and software requirements necessary to execute cyber and cryptologic ISR-based Joint All Domain Operations (JADO) SIMOPS. Researches, identifies, acquires, and manages the life-cycle of current and emerging operational training systems hardware and software used to support current and future cyber and cryptologic ISR Technology initiatives, including but not limited to; E-Learning, blended learning/HYBRID, and COTS and GOTS products. Increases fidelity and interoperability of LONESHARK Modeling and Simulation (M&S) tools Facilitate operationally-relevant and realistic training to support seamless transition to ISR force Promote collaboration among internal stakeholders to synchronize exercise activities.

Conducts classroom instruction within the Intelligence Officer Course. Utilize approved lesson plans and employ standardized and active learning delivery methods to present subject matter material to students. Use training aids and computer-based simulations to enhance training outcome. Control classroom decorum or other learning space, acting upon routine instances of distractions or disturbances, while promptly report student absences and tardiness. Ensure instruction is IAW all applicable instructions. Ensure is IAW employee personnel document. Monitor and evaluate student progress within the Intelligence Officer course. Prepare, administer, and review informal tests or appraisals, while verifying measurement devices for accuracy and appropriateness, with no compromise of assessment material. Maintain accurate student attendance and progress information as required by manual and computerized systems. Counsel students in the areas of performance, deportment, attitude, participation or security, and proper classified materials handling procedures as required. Perform Instructor Supervisor duties as required. Ensure your teams instruction schedule is updated and coordinated with course chief and other team IS's. Design, develop, and review instructional materials and methodologies, analyze and revise measurement devices and learning objectives, and select effective training strategies as appropriate. Apply principles of ISD to assist SMEs and TDE Chief with development and revision of course control documents, lesson plans and measurement devices with no more than two repeat errors per product. Assist TDE in development of course documents in automated training system.

Highly experienced Instructor with numerous skill sets including: curriculum development, instructional methods, interpersonal skills, counseling, research, change management, conflict resolution.
