As the founder and CEO of NewWorld Investment Group, I have been leading a privately held investment firm for over 17 years, managing a diverse portfolio of residential real estate, multifamily properties, and vacation homes along the West Coast. With over $50M in transactions, we have successfully developed, owned, and operated these assets, creating value for our investors and communities. In addition to my role at NewWorld, I am also an executive producer at Skyfire Artists, where I oversee the production of a thriller short film. This project allows me to leverage my creative skills and passion for storytelling. Furthermore, I am an investor at Akuario360, a company that offers immersive experiences through its website immersedcatalina.com. This venture enables me to explore new technologies and business models in the digital space. My educational background includes an MBA from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Peking University. I am always eager to learn new things and apply them to my work.
