• Led a team of 5 category managers in charge of ~$165M of direct and indirect spend, driving cost initiatives of ~7% in annualized savings year to year. • Created a Supplier Relationship Management program to expand relationships with key suppliers to partnerships. Included in the program was a new, balanced scorecard which measured cost, delivery, quality, innovation, and sustainability practices. • Created and rolled out a new Supplier Onboarding process, including a standardized RFQ template, which required collaboration with the Supplier Quality and Compliance groups. • Negotiated several large multi-year contracts, including a $111M plastics supply agreement, saving ~$1.4M per year. In addition, commodity contracts were negotiated to secure cost-efficient and prioritized supply to direct suppliers (resin, colorant, bushings). • Presented new cost savings initiatives/projects, along with annual AOP costs and budgets to the Executive Lead Team (CEO, CFO, COO), and successfully defended my AOP recommendations.
