Responsible for safe and reliable operation of the BESS plant, real-time monitoring, switching coordination, and compliance with grid and dispatch requirements. Key responsibilities & experience: Supervised shift operations of a 300 MW utility-scale BESS connected to the transmission grid Coordinated plant operation with dispatch center for frequency regulation and grid support Managed switching operations, permit-to-work (PTW) and LOTO procedures Monitored EMS/SCADA systems and analyzed alarms and incidents Responded to abnormal events and supported troubleshooting and recovery actions Ensured compliance with safety rules, operational procedures, and grid codes Supported commissioning and early operation phase activities.
