At Dev.Pro, I’ve delivered multiple client-facing products end-to-end, covering everything from presale and planning to execution and delivery. By coordinating cross-functional teams, I ensured projects stayed on track, met business objectives, and delivered value efficiently. This included launching company-wide tools, where I organized resources for rapid development and drove adoption across teams. I also built and scaled distributed teams across multiple regions, enabling autonomous collaboration and frequent, reliable product releases. Throughout the product lifecycle, I managed financials, used forecasting and proactive planning to reduce risk, and ensured high stakeholder satisfaction and repeat business.

At Zodiac, I managed several remote teams, using Agile and Scrum practices to deliver software solutions for major telecom clients, including Vodafone. By optimizing workflows, managing delivery risks, and leading weekly metric reviews, I helped accelerate feature delivery and improve sprint outcomes. I also redesigned the company-wide performance review framework, updating skill matrices and feedback processes, which was fully adopted across all teams within six months.

At Intetics, I worked on developing a new programming language, improving core features, and supporting early testing with internal engineering teams. Contributed to major feature releases for the Atlus Care medical web app by using the new programming language.
