Co-founder and marketing strategist of a 5 figure start-up. I Identified and capitalised on a significant market gap with an innovative, sustainable product solution. Launched a strategic TikTok marketing campaign generating 1.9 million views, resulting in a 1600% growth in sales over a 4-month period. I accelerated new user acquisition through implementing automation and conducting customer data analysis, growing the customer base by 770% over 3 years and generating 5 figures in revenue. We were awarded the Small Business Sunday Award by Theo Paphitis, recognised among the top 0.8% of small enterprises.

During my month-long internship I worked alongside the Facility Manager of Cryo-EM, Department of Biochemistry. I prepared and analysed internal monthly financial reports of user usage and expenditure. I also assisted in screening and preparing 2TB of micrographs for data collection.

Managed busy weekend shifts during studies, delivering a high standard of customer service. Exhibited exceptional problem solving and effective communication to meet the needs of customers.
