Led CHCANYS’ Emergency Management Program, overseeing a $900K portfolio of public and private projects. - Managed day-to-day operations of a certified Level III patient-centered medical home for people with I/DD with 20,000+ annual visits. - Supervised a team of 25 core and multiple additional contract staff members. - Ensured adherence to federal and state regulations, budgets and productivity expectations. - Subject matter expert in Nextgen EHR utilization and user training. - Responsible for minimizing billing/coding errors and increase in revenue. - Provided on-demand reports to senior management and participated in setting overall clinical practice operation strategy.

Provided individual, collateral and family psychotherapy within CBT and Schema Therapy models to clients with I/DD and their families. Developed, implemented and monitored treatment plans.
