I was responsible for World Program Account Manager, in Customer Relationship Area at Marsh. I handled all insurance products for several multinational companies in regard to renewals and management and negotiation of the best structure of policies in benefit to the customer.

Management of all sales and responsible to control and management International Policies. Negotiation with Insurers abroad and renewal and new business Credit Insurance in Domestic Market. Responsible for “Cross Selling and Network” with the portfolio and with the Market, participation in fairs and workshops and paying visits to customers and prospects. Responsible for training staff.

Responsible for renewal policies and new business Credit Insurance. I coordinated the negotiation since the client application form, checking the NBIs until binding and monitoring of current policies abroad, regarding the short and long term operations and training staff.

Account manager and responsible for new business to Middle Market Enterprise and UPPER segments of the bank with all insurance products, mainly financial lines.

Responsible for sales of Credit Insurance to companies of Middle Market Enterprise and Local Large Corporate segments at HSBC, through the "Cross Selling" with Relationship Area from the bank. Responsible for Sales Report and Prospect's List through "Cold Call", with results about 30% of increase in the portfolio of the bank, as new customers for Credit Insurance.
