Acted as the primary mobility contact for HR, managers, and expatriates, ensuring compliant assignments, smooth employee integration, and continuous improvement of mobility processes

• Deal with a high volume of every day emails from customers, 90% of which require a swift resolution. • Maintain accurate account information and activity details with our clients.( internal & external software, CRM) • Create positive and enduring relationship with all assigned customers. • International documentation management ( Immigration, Social Security, Tax, Logistics, Registers) • Handle customer invoicing, payments inquieries and cost control duties within agreed SLA's. • Maintain excellent multilingual communication ( oral & written) with internal and external stakeholders. • Train new members when applicable and perform other duties as assigned.
