Standard Innovation Corporation is a global organization and health wellness manufacturer based out of Ottawa, Canada. In my position as International Account Manager, I have contributed to the development of business strategies for Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Russia. I have prepared, arranged and conducted business meetings with current and potential clients through superior communication skills and cultural awareness. Furthermore, I have led product presentations, performed store visits, product merchandising and on-site product training and sales coaching. Moreover, I have conducted market research for product development including: interviews with store clerks and clients; and, data collection, analysis and recording. I have identified industry patters, gathered statistical data and examined current market strategies and outcome. Lastly, I made recommendations on advertising strategies, sales plans and incentives.

WSN Investment LLC, founded in 1972, is one of the oldest health-wellness manufacturers in USA. In 2009, I was hired to fill the Executive Assistant role to the International Sales Account Manager. Later, in 2012, I took over the International Sales Account Manager position. In my position with WSN Investments I have provided exemplary customer service through prompt tailored solutions to clients’ needs and requirements. I have evaluated and prioritized work assignments, managed own schedule and routinely performed work independently. Furthermore, I have developed customer proposals, prepared customer presentations, negotiated, pitched and sold diverse products to international clients. Within the company, I have recommended, implemented and supported continuous improvements within my department and company. I ensured that communication was maintained at different levels within the company, resulting in customer satisfaction. Lastly, I have participated in sales training in US and Europe.

Grand Canyon University is a for-profit Christian university based in Phoenix, Arizona. Since 1949, GCU has offered undergraduate, graduate and doctoral degree programs in the liberal and science fields. As a university counselor, I have the opportunity to help guide students' academic and professional growth. I accomplish this goal successfully by possessing a thorough understanding of current GCU degree programs, admission requirements, policies and processes. Also, I ensure students’ effective transition into the online education environment by helping them understand the time commitment, technology and skills required to be effective online learners. Furthermore, maintaining a positive relationship throughout the program, encourages students’ success on the road to graduation.
