I built our division from the ground up, developing the business model, acquiring the first customers, and deploying the first systems. By year two: 40+ customer accounts, 50 autonomous systems deployed, and a four-person team trained and running. Business side: • Developed RaaS, leasing, and full-service contract models • Led the full customer journey: prospecting, solution consulting, onboarding, and account management • Drove adoption from zero, internal stakeholders had no robotics background when I started Technical side: • Configured and troubleshot Husqvarna EPOS RTK/GNSS positioning systems; among the first in Canada to deploy the 4G EPOS reference station for autonomous navigation • Diagnosed faults using MIT, HSH, RDT, and RMA across CAN bus-networked robotic systems • Primary technical escalation point for complex field problems

Supported robotics-related business and product initiatives by combining technical understanding, customer-focused communication, and practical problem-solving. Worked across business analysis, product support, and operational coordination to help improve workflows, support customer needs, and contribute to robotics- and automation-related activities. Helped connect technical details with business goals while supporting smoother execution across teams. Built strong experience in customer communication, solution thinking, and translating practical needs into clear recommendations and workable next steps.

Part of my MBA at Université Laval. Conducted full operational analysis of a Quebec manufacturer across production, warehouse, inventory, and customer relationship functions.

- Managing the construction of the 1,200 m² first RC racetrack at Azadi Sport Complex. - Managed the project from inception to completion within a 16-month timeframe. - Ensuring alignment with FIA regulations and environmental safety standards. - Led a team to design and implement facility features including a podium, service station, retail shop, and spectator stands.

- Led talent acquisition strategies to strengthen team performance and capabilities. - Enhanced operational efficiency by identifying and reducing non-essential expenditures. - Managed the planning and execution of race events and organized race teams. - Crafted and executed advertising strategies to make revenue for the organization. - Ensured all activities complied with safety regulations and environmental sustainability practices to uphold FIA standards and foster an eco-friendly operational environment.

Aarshin Group (Model Making and Prototyping Company) started to build a scale model of the Rogun hydropower Dam (the tallest dam in the world) in Tajikistan. I was the project manager in the project.

- Contributed to the design of multiple scale models of the Rogun Dam, including detailed structures like input gates, outputs, turbines, and power stations. - Integrated an interactive multimedia interface and ensured precise dimensional accuracy. - Initially appointed as Project Coordinator and promoted to Project Manager in October 2017, overseeing the successful completion of the project while ensuring adherence to high standards of accuracy and quality.

Designed and produced electronic accessories for RC vehicles including lighting controllers, remote starter modules, and motor control units. Managed operations, team, and supply chain. Sold the business before immigrating to Canada.

- Contributed to the initial design and development stages of the hybrid vehicle project, focusing on innovative mechanical solutions. - Promoted to lead a team in the development of a hybrid vehicle in Iran. - Directed the project's design and execution phases, concluding in winning first place in Iran's national hybrid vehicle design competition.

Technical work in automotive repair — focused on ECU diagnostics, engine management systems, electrical systems, ignition, sensors, AC, and lighting circuits. Built component-level diagnostic skills through hands-on work with real vehicles and real customers. This is where the problem-solving approach came from. - Acquired hands-on experience in car repair and maintenance under the guidance of an experienced mechanic (my father). - Developed comprehensive skills in diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues in a variety of vehicle makes and models. - Assisted in overhauling engines and transmissions, performing routine service checks, and ensuring optimal vehicle functionality. - Gained practical knowledge of automotive systems, enhancing technical proficiency in both mechanical and electrical components.
