*Managing $500M budget (data for 2025) for all purchasing needs of HES CABLE, (e.g. copper, aluminium, PVC, PE, machines and etc.) *Shaping company's global procurement strategy, both direct and indirect, and playing a pivotal role in managing supplier relationships. *Securing buy-in from key business stakeholders to collaborate on ambitious goals in cost savings, CO2 reduction, sustainability and process improvement.

*Responsible for all procurement operation for İSTİKBAL, which is the biggest furniture brand not only in Turkiye but also its region. *Dealing with purchasing of all kinds of material for furniture production (upholstery, panel, wooden, mattress, bed bases) and responsible for suppling of tradable goods as sofa, sofa sets, chairs, garden furniture and accessories. *Establishing new business opportunities with new suppliers to increase profit. *Implemented policies and ran projects to reduce cost and eliminate waste. By one of those projects, factory gained %25 profit at selected fabrics' cost which is one of the biggest costs at product cost. *Developed and maintained relationships with key suppliers for smooth communication and to meet required expectations. *Coaching and Developing co-workers to secure high long term performance.

*Responsible for all purchasing operation from abroad (Mainly, PRC, Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Vietnam, EU, US.) *Establishing new business opportunities with new suppliers and territories. *Total turnover of 50 million USD (CIF USD). *Managing the customs and all logistics operation of a volume which is the biggest in its sector in Turkey. (Around 1000*40 HC containers per year) *Taking care of all duties with the incentive docs which the company has. (Inward Processing License, Approved Status Certificate, and etc.) *Managing the purchasing offices in Turkey and in China. (Totally, 15 employees.) *Coaching and Developing co-workers to secure high long term performance.

*Teaching And Research Assistant at Head Of Economics. *Tutor to all related lectures. *Main interest areas; Development and FDI. *Making projects and wrote articles published at international periodicals. *Published MSc. thesis. *Lecturing at Executive MBA program.

* Worked as the program coordinator and the lecturer at the ITU-SEM (ITU-CEC) * Arranged the work schedule of the assistants at the faculty. * Worked as a teaching & research assistant at the Head of Economics at the Faculty of Management Engineering and also at Executive MBA program given at the Faculty. * Participated at the global project driven by Sabancı University. (İmalat Sanayinde Yenilik Araştırması,2004)

* During my position as Chairman of Student Council at ITU, I had participated in Faculty Council with Dean and all other Professors to be the voice for students. * Arranged the allumni book and all graduate celebration organisation at faculty. * Represented the University at the live TV Show which was a discussion meeting with the President and the students, 2000. (ATV, Siyaset Meydanı, Süleyman DEMİREL) * Represented and promote the University at the fairs for high school students. * Finished course with extra English added Technical Lessons.
