•Fully responsible for the due diligence of existing and new corporate clients, and the preparation of credit application. • Portfolio includes both MNCs and large local coporate clients with industries covering Auto Finance, Home appliance, Retailing, Machinery, Manufacturing, IT, Food & Beverage,Financial leasing, etc. • Familiar with commericial & investment bank products including working capital loan, syndication loan, transational banking products (trade finance and cash management products), global market products ( FX forward,IRS,CCS, commodity hedging product,etc.) • Familiar with terms and documentations of ISDA, NAFMII, Mini Master. • Prepare full set of credit application which includes facility justification, obligor rating rationale, activity& operation, industry analysis, peer comparison,financial analysis, etc. •Work closely with Relationship Manager and Product Sales to make recommendation about the facility amount, facility structure, security arrangement, etc. by assessing the business model and credit quality of the client. • Moniter and expedite the whole approval process. Responsible for anwering the related questions raised by Risk department concerning the credit application. • Responsible for other credit related jobs such as maintainance or update of obligor rating, conduct loan classification as requested by PBoC, voice out any adverse industry or corporate news if nessesary, etc.

• Worked with CCG(Corporate Credit Group) Shanghai for half a year. Assisted in senior credit analyst's credit work which covered large client segements: VLLC (Very Large Local Client), TCF ( Trade Commodity Finance), MMF ( Mining Manufactory Financing), CNE (Commodity, Natural resources and Energy). Gained rich experience in data/information collection and analysis. • Major industries: Airlines (Air China, CEA, CSA), Commodity Trader (Louis Dreyfus), Iron & Steel (Baosteel), Grain & Oil (Bunge), Shipping (COSCO), Real Estate (Gemdale), Metal Miner (MMG), Coal &Cole (Risun Coal Chemicals ), Non-ferrous Metal (Tongling Nonferrous, Nonfemet), etc. • Worked with Coverage team, Wuhan Branch for half a year.
