• Supervised over the Cutting, Terminating, Sonic and Molding departments in a Wire Harness Facility. This includes editing time cards, performing reviews, and disciplining personnel as needed • Scheduled and initiated all shop orders given by Customer Service through specified departments until reaching the final Assembly department • Worked alongside the Purchasing department in maintaining, verifying and reporting shortages on inventory of all raw material needed for production • Coordinated with Quality, Purchasing and Cutting department on all PPAPs of new jobs • Promoted ‘On Time Delivery’ by efficiently scheduling personnel in departments • Performed ‘time studies’ with Engineering department to assist in efficient usage of procedures in departments

• Downloaded monthly data into facility specific spreadsheets (QAPI) for documentation of ongoing technical department activities including conducting building maintenance. Assisting in creating SAP purchase orders and supplies and conducting monthly and quarterly inventory of supplies • Performed and documented in detail any tests, repairs and sanitizations of all water treatment equipment, dialysis equipment, medical equipment, testing equipment and mechanical/electrical systems as recommended by the manufacturer and by procedures established by governing bodies
