Developed the company handbook and employee manual, run back-office operations including payroll, vendor selection and inventory control. Run Cost-Analysis reports to adjust menu pricing. Assisted in the design of company logo, client relation & satisfaction survey and menu design. Currently in charge of updating the company website. Coordinated pre-event activities, responsibilities included: building menus, planning and ordering food and supplies, organizing venue details and hiring and training labor. Managed event day execution, including food delivery and presentation; led floor staff and ensured overall client satisfaction.

Independent investment firm dedicated to private and institutional asset management - with over $600 million under management. Work along side Client Service, Trading and Operational departments. Negotiated fee rates and account minimums with prospective broker and clients. Answered any questions or concerns regarding the current market outlook and comparisons to our performance strategies. Created a marketing database query formula for the Marketing department. It allows quick and easy access to filter searches for those we wanted to contact. Client Service Associate: Negotiated with a broker to transfer 12 clients over to our management totaling over $4 million. Main contact for current/prospective clients/brokers with questions, concerns, or requests. Mad monthly phone call to a current client that has $24 million with us as a courtesy to make sure they are informed of our investment decisions. In charge of building contact lists for the Marketing team from specific query-based searches. Tasked with large internal effort to combine company databases through Adobe ACT! Input daily, monthly, and quarterly transaction requests - withdrawals/deposits, terminations, freezes, re-plates, journals. Managed and created quarterly commentaries for 4 products, drip letters, and attribution mailers. Had over 800 active relationships with clients and 300 with financial advisors.

Processed daily transaction requests put in by the Client Service Associate. Reconciled monthly and quarterly statements, prepared quarter-end reports that were SEC compliant. Corrected/reported daily trade errors; had a zero-error track record after my reviews. Investigated and solved debits in accounts and other account issues. Delivered time-critical trading data to leading financial institutions which drove multi-million dollar decisions.
