My role also includes reporting to governance committees, managing the privacy council, and overseeing the privacy hotline for concerns and resolutions.

In my role as Senior Manager of Privacy Investigations at Mayo Clinic, I was responsible for overseeing the design and operational management of privacy investigation processes. I drove the standardization of investigative tools and procedures, collaborated with peers to enhance privacy education and awareness, and led complex incident investigations with a focus on privacy and HIPAA regulations.
